Jan Paul started working at Talent Associates in 2012. Jan Paul started as a Recruitment Consultant and has, because of his strong drive and commercial insight, worked his way up to Managing Director. Jan Paul stands for long term relationships with all stakeholders. Not only customers and candidates, but with staff too.
Jan Paul his focus is managing, coaching and making the Consultants more successful within Talent Associates. He is working hard to accomplish the grow ambitions from Talent Associates. Besides these activities Jan keeps himself busy with Business Development and Key Account management.
During his master study, Jan worked at a IT-recruitment company. Within this company there was a hard sales culture where the ‘numbers game’ is more important than the quality. The way of working within this company had a great financial outcome, but the culture was different than what he envisions within recruitment.
After finishing his Master Business Administration (Strategy & Organisation) Jan met Russell Kerby (founder) when he just started Talent Associates. He recruited a different way than Jan was used to: higher quality within the Life Science Industry. This matched perfectly with the way Jan envisioned recruiting. This resulted in the company where quality is number one and the culture and conditions bring out the best in the consultants of Talent Associates.
